Dakota Point Villa is located in the quiet, prestigious Indian Point complex in Kissimmee, near Orlando, Florida. We treat this property as our home from home and this is reflected in the layout and furnishings.
Indian Point is only ten minutes' drive from the main gate of Disney World, and close to all other Orlando attractions. Shops and restaurants are nearby, yet the villa is set in a haven of peace and tranquility.
Our home sleeps six to eight people and is fully air-conditioned. Vaulted ceilings add to the wide, open feeling of this comfortable home.
The open-plan kitchen with oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, waste disposal unit and breakfast table. All cutlery, utensils, bed linen and towels are provided.
A separate dining area, which seats six, is adjacent to the kitchen.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, king-size bed, wide-screen plasma TV and VCR, and walk-in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom comprises of a shower, WC and vanity washbasin. A hairdryer is provided.
The second bathroom, which has a full bath suite with shower-over, WC, vanity washbasin and hairdryer, is situated between the second and third bedrooms.
A full-size slate bed pool table and air hockey table are located in the games room for use by our guests.
Free wireless Internet access is available for our guests.
Indian Point is a family-orientated complex, with community pool, tennis courts and children's playground, all of which our guests have access to.
