Dakota point villa is located on the quiet, prestigious Indian point complex. We treat this property as our home from home and this is reflected in the layout and furnishings. Everything you will need for your holiday is provided.

Our home sleeps 6 to 8 people and is fully air-conditioned. Vaulted ceilings add to the wide-open feeling of this comfortable home.

The private screened swimming pool has a good supply of luxury pool furniture. All pool doors / windows are alarmed for safety. There is a selection of inflatable toys for your use. The pool overlooks a tree lined grass area.

The open plan kitchen is equipped with oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, waste disposal and breakfast table. All cutlery, utensils, bed linen and towels are provided.

The washer and dryer along with all the laundry facilities can be found in the garage.

Master bedroom has a King size bed, cable TV and video, and walk in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom comprises of a shower, wc, vanity washbasin and hairdryer.

Second bedroom features a queen size bed, walk in wardrobe. Window onto pool area is alarmed.

Third bedroom has twin beds and walk in wardrobe.

The second bathroom which has a full bath suite with shower over, wc, vanity washbasin and hair dryer is situated between these two bedrooms.

All wardrobes are equipped with hangers.

A full sized slate bed pool table is located in the garage for use by our guests.

Indian Point is a family orientated complex, which has a community pool,
tennis courts and a children’s playground, which our guests have access to.

Dakota Point Villa is only 10 minutes from the main gate of Disney and close to all other attractions.
Shops and restaurants are close by, yet the villa is set in a haven of peace and tranquility.
